for my second lesson in cooking, i was semi distracted with a phone call from Isabella. as i was talking to her, i was starving and wondering what i was going to eat! haha. so i pulled out a can of tuna, drained it, stuck it in a bowl with ranch dressing (cause i hate mayo) and mixed it up. granted, it was a little too much ranch. :) i grabbed these really awesome new WheatThin Flatbread crackers that i found the other day- i think mine are garlic and herb??- a few leaves of baby spinach and a handful of mozzarella cheese. the crackers went down, then the spinach, then the tuna and finally the cheese. i think it would be better if they were hot but they were pretty good for a snack that was made while my mind was actually distracted. super simple, though.
Jesus told me in October 2010 that He was going to teach me how to cook as a means of having a deeper relationship with Him. This is the wild safari of me learning how to cook and enjoy it, hopefully without burning anything! Enjoy! :)
